With medical intelligence streamlining intake and symptom gathering , providers are able to focus on diagnosing efficiently and accurately, averaging 89 seconds per visit on asynscronous visits.

Key metrics for the provider experience

Bridging virtual and in-person care by enabling lab orders

Creating an end-to-end labs experience that gives patients the flexibility to get labs done at home or in person significantly expands our care offerings and diagnostic accuracy. We introduced 20+ lab offerings for providers to select from when necessary. The introduction of lab orders opens the door to new clinical offerings and a care model that is more aimed at continuous care.

Conducting generative research to better understand our providers

Holding conversations with 10 providers allowed us to identify areas of focus and do some light explorations to begin to understand how we might turn the insights into action.
