Reimagining how to access care
Giving the patient more context from the time they land on our website. Updates to the homepage brought the conditions up front, and subpages for each of the conditions allowed patients to understand the offerings without ever needing to create a login. I conducted user testing and synthesized the findings to understand the efficacy of our design and identify areas for improvement ahead of development.
