Reimagining how to access care

Giving the patient more context from the time they land on our website. Updates to the homepage brought the conditions up front, and subpages for each of the conditions allowed patients to understand the offerings without ever needing to create a login. I conducted user testing and synthesized the findings to understand the efficacy of our design and identify areas for improvement ahead of development.

Adding behavioral health to our clinical offerings

Adding a new care offering with dedicated workflows and additional requirements, including scheduling a visit and selecting a provider

With 24/7/365 access to care, patients can access on-demand treatment for mild to moderate illnesses and injuries from anywhere in the United States. When clinics are open, patients get a treatment plan within 5-10 minutes and are able to send any prescriptions directly to a pharmacy of their choice
